Appointments and Cancellations

We recommend booking in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or result in a shortened session.


Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and valid gift cards.


Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.


Refund and Satisfaction Policy

We are not liable for allergic reactions or unexpected side effects from our services or products. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while at our facility.
